We are seeking for a location matching these points:
1 - The surface will have to be rather large
2 - They must be a house for my family to live in
3 - A holiday type of zoning
4 - We wish to build around 6 to 12 cottages, each one separated from the others.
5 - We also wish to build a common room for group activities
6 - A lake or a pond, in which people could fish
7 - A Forest
This list might seem impressive, but we already visited some places which almost completly answered our needs. Obviously, we know we'll have to make some sacrifices, nevertheless, we hope to find the perfect site.

What would a vacation at our place look like?
You just have to imagine a peaceful place, birds singing, trees surrounding a lake and a soft wind. You know there are some neighbors, but you don't see them and you don't hear them.
You hesitated a while, but you finally decided to stay in the cottage with electricity. Today, you want to take a long walk in the forest and to watch the birds. In the afternoon, you will probably try to fish, hoping to bring something for dinner.
You feel relaxed, and so does your family.

Where are we?
We are presently living in Montréal, Québec. Our plan is to leave the city and find a lovely place somewhere around montreal, at about one hour distance from Montréal. We are seeking for a place with a lot of trees, if possible a lake and peace, a lot of peace.

Welcome!
Hello and welcome on this blog.
Our objective is to be able to afford the property we have been dreaming of. This will be a place where everyone will be able to come and rest in country cottages (with or without electricity, both will be available). For us, it will be the occasion for a big change: to work in a peacefull contryside, and give up the life in the city.
